No. There is no cost to you. List your RV or Yacht with our company, and you are under no obligation with our company. All we ask is that you notify us should you sell your RV or Yacht before we have placed it so we can remove it from our inventory.
Q: Do I have to continue to carry insurance on the RV or Yacht after it is placed?
No you do not. Once the RV has been placed we require the buyer to provide you with full coverage insurance. You will be listed as "Additional Interest" on the policy, we do suggest keeping your policy in effect for 10 days afterwards to assure there is no lapse with your lender receiving the new policy.
Q: What if the insurance policy gets canceled?
You will be notified. At that time you may notify us and we will contact the buyer and give them 3 days to correct the situation.
Q: What happens if the buyer fails to make a payment on time?
The payment date on the Buyer/Seller Agreement between you and the buyer is set 10 days prior to your actual due date with your lender. If you have not received the payment by the 5th day after the date set on the contract then the agreement is defaulted to early termination. You may then notify our office and we will recover your coach immediately as per the Seller Protection Agreement.
